The mandate

HR administration is often treated as paperwork. In practice, it is the operating system for trust inside a company: contracts, timelines, clarity, and the small details that prevent misunderstandings from becoming crises.

What I coordinate

  • Interview scheduling and candidate updates with consistent tone.
  • Onboarding checklists: access, orientation, and first-week expectations.
  • Documentation hygiene so managers can focus on customers and delivery.

Cross-industry learning

Supporting Fresher IT BD (talent and training) alongside Yellow Posh (retail tempo) sharpened my ability to context-switch without dropping standards—because people deserve the same respect in every industry.
